How scoring works
📍 Location
Distance from your pin to the real address, scored on a logarithmic curve:
- Within 200 m → a perfect 1,000 points.
- Beyond 1,000 km → 0 points.
- In between, points fall slowly at first, then drop off fast the further you stray.
💰 Price
Your valuation is compared to the final sold price. The closer your appraisal, the higher your precision score.
🔍 Clues cost points
Stuck? Reveal a blurred detail — area, rooms, year built or sold date — but each clue you unlock lowers your maximum score for the round.
