Why I built PinThePrice
A short note from the founder on where the idea came from — and where it's going.
The argument that started it
It began with a disagreement on a street corner: why does that flat cost so much more than the one next door? I'd spent years staring at market data and still found the answer genuinely fun to argue about. PinThePrice is that argument, turned into a one-minute game anyone can win.
What I care about
Three things: that a round is fun in under a minute, that scoring feels fair whether you're in a capital or a village, and that your data stays yours. Those aren't slogans — they're the tie-breakers we use when we decide what to build.
Where we're headed
More cities, better rounds, and richer leagues — always with the same simple loop at the centre. If you have an idea or a gripe, I want to hear it.
