These terms govern your use of PinThePrice (the “Game”) on iOS, Android, and the web. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

The Game is entertainment

PinThePrice is a game for fun and learning. Scores are not appraisals and must not be relied upon for buying, selling, financing, or valuing real property. Nothing here is financial, investment, or professional advice.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
• Provide accurate information and don't impersonate others.
• You must meet the minimum age required in your country to hold an account.

Acceptable use

• Don't cheat, script, scrape, or abuse the service or other players.
• Don't attempt to reverse the location of properties for any purpose outside gameplay.
• Don't upload unlawful content or infringe others' rights.

Content & intellectual property

The Game, its design, and its code are owned by PinThePrice or its licensors. Property photos and data are provided for gameplay only. You keep rights to content you create; you grant us a licence to operate the Game with it.

Availability & changes

We may add, change, or remove features, cities, or modes, and may pause or end the service. We try to give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Disclaimers & liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using game scores.
