AppraisalA professional estimate of a property's value. In the game, your valuation is a playful stand-in — not an appraisal.
Comparable (comp)A recently sold, similar nearby home used as a reference point for pricing.
Discovery radiusHow far from your location the game looks for properties to show you.
Final sold priceWhat a property actually sold for — the number your valuation is scored against.
Location scorePoints for how close your pin is to the real address, on a logarithmic curve.
Price scorePoints for how close your valuation is to the final sold price.
Price per unitPrice divided by area (per m² or per sq ft) — handy for comparing homes.
StreakA run of consecutive rounds where you beat the agent.
The agentThe benchmark you play against — the price a listing agent set.
