Scoring

How points are calculated

Each round is worth up to 1,000 points, split between how close your pin is and how accurate your price is. Clues you reveal reduce the round's ceiling.

Location score

We measure the distance from your pin to the real address and score it on a logarithmic curve — forgiving up close, punishing far away.

~50 kmpoints drop off fast
Beyond 1,000 km0 points

Price score

Your valuation is compared to the final sold price. We score the relative error, so being 10% off on a small flat and a big villa feel equally fair.

Beating the agent

The agent's benchmark is their listing accuracy. Combine a tight pin with a close valuation and your round score clears their bar — that's a win, logged to your streak.
